Expertise You Can Count On
Atty. Walden has over fifteen years of experience in family defense. Atty. Walden represents parents in the state of Georgia in situations when the state agency has interfered with the parent’s constitutionally protected liberty interest right to the care, custody, and control of their children without undue state interference or influence. Our office advocates—both in court and out-of-court—for parents’ rights to raise their children, and as a Child Welfare Law Speciality (CWLS), Atty. Walden fights to either prevent removal by the state agency, or reunify the family as soon as it is safe and possible for the family. Atty. Walden has also served as Guardian ad Litem in cases originating in Juvenile Court, as well as Superior Court transfers to Juvenile Court for cases involving divorce and custody dispute issues.Â
